How do I become a library member

Membership for teens living in the Hastings or Napier District is free. Visitors to the area may be asked to pay a refundable bond at the time of registration.

Teens under 16 years of age need their parent or guardian's approval to join. The parent or guardian need to show signed ID and proof or address at the time of registration.

Teens 16 years and older need to show two forms of ID when they join, one signed and one with proof of residential address.
