Council has endorsed changes to Library fees and charges from 1 July 2010.

The extended loan charge rate for overdue items remains unchanged

• The maximum amount chargeable per item has been raised for adult and junior cardholders
• Charges with increases include:
  • Bestsellers
  • CD & DVD rentals
  • Reservations
  • Interloans
  • Replacing lost cards
  • Photocopying
  • Faxing
• There is a new system for charging for Interloans - see Charges for Reserves, City Loans & Interloans
• The cost of internet, wireless internet, word processing and printing remains the same
• All videos are now free to borrow
• The Art Print Collection has been withdrawn and items will be for sale at a future Friends of the Library Book Sale
