- a full range is kept in the Reference Section at the Hastings Central Library. The printed version is still the only official version.

NZ Gazette - One year print copies including latest copy

There is also a collection of books relating to various aspects of New Zealand law.

Lending Collections
Each of our libraries has lending copies of law books in the Non Fiction Sections, call numbers 340 - 349

Business Section
The Business Section upstairs in Hastings Library has both reference and lending copies of business related law books.

Legislation New Zealand

Legislation New Zealand - with the Parliamentary Counsel Office (PCO)
This website provides free public access to New Zealand Bills, Supplementary Order Papers, Statutes (Public, Local, and Private Acts), Statutory Regulations.

The legislation on the new website (launched Jan 2008) will initially be an unofficial version of New Zealand legislation.

The PCO will now undertake a process of "officialising" the legislation, so that the website can ultimately become an official source of New Zealand legislation. This process is expected to take around three years.
