This aims to encourage enjoyment in reading by sharing communications in Te Reo Māori. It includes fun activities with rewards, play sheets and entertaining events.

All three libraries hold our popular Summer Reading Programmes during the Summer school holidays.

The Summer Reading Programme is an incentive based programme for pre-school to Year 8 children. It encourages reading through fun packed reading activities and special entertainment programmes.
