Library members have the option of receiving all notices by email rather than by post, including reserves notices, overdues and charges. We have also introduced a courtesy email service so that you can receive an email three days before an item is due, giving you time to return or renew it.
Provide us with your email address so we can set this up for you, either next time you are in the library or email Ask a Librarian, supplying your full name, address and library card number.
If you already have an email address added to your account, we still need to switch on the email notice service for you, so pleae let us know you would like this to happen.
We print and post hundreds of notices every month. It would save money if these were sent electronically and help the evironment too.
